The Fyrite® INSIGHT® Plus combustion analyzer represente the new generation 5 of analysers, that gather combustion et efficiency of analyzers (up to 9 fuels), a room air CO test instrument, a flue gas CO tester, dual channel digital thermometer and a digital manometer (which measures draft, gas pressure, ESP). It features a full-color display with a zoom feature and 8 different languages. It can measure oxygen ranging from 0.0 to 20.9%, carbon Monoxide from 0 to 4,000 ppm and draft/differential pressure up to 10 mbar. It has been EN 50270, CE mark and EN 50379 certified.

Description

PCA3 is a commercial portable combustion analyzer test and emissions levies designed for application in boilers, furnaces and appliances of light industry, institutions, businesses and homes. The basic unit is delivered with a probe and hose assembly, an instruction manual, intelligent sensors factory calibrated, four alkaline "AA" batteries, a protective sheath, the Fyrite® user software, USB cable and a carrying case. As PCA®3 can measure up to four gases simultaneously, it proves to be the perfect tool for service engineers, manufacturers and boiler inspectors who need to determine the effciency of combustion, excess air, O2 levels and CO of the flue, the temperature of the flue (hereinafter referred to simply as "pipe") and the differential pressure and drawing.

The analyzer can measure directly and affcher NO, NO2 and SO2 with the appropriate sensors installation. The calculations of the combustion effciency can be made for the following fuels: natural gas, coke, town gas, oil # 2, # 6 oil, propane, coal, biodiesel, LPG and butane.
